Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated June 7, 2026
Llatria is for honest, everyday-life questions — the things you and the people around you actually wonder about. This policy keeps it that way.
1. What belongs here
Clear yes/no questions about real life that can be settled fairly: will the new café survive the winter, will the project ship on time, will it rain at the festival. Duplicate or playful markets are fine — the crowd and the resolution rules sort out quality.
2. What’s not allowed
You may not create markets or post content that:
- Targets, harasses, or reveals private information about a specific private individual, or is designed to bully or defame.
- Concerns death, serious harm, violence, terrorism, war, or other tragedy — including whether a specific person will be harmed.
- Is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual content.
- Promotes, facilitates, or wagers on unlawful activity, or is built to defraud, manipulate, or mislead.
- Is sports-betting, casino-style, or gambling-oriented — Llatria is a research market, not a sportsbook.
- Is hateful, discriminatory, impersonates someone, or is spam.
3. Market integrity
Don’t try to manipulate prices or resolutions — for example through wash or self-dealing trades, or by gaming a market’s settlement. Our matching engine flags self-trades, and we monitor for manipulation.
4. Enforcement and reporting
We may hide or remove markets and comments, reverse manipulative activity, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. See something that doesn’t belong? Email llatriasoftware@gmail.com.
