Llatria

Privacy Policy

Last updated June 7, 2026

Working draft. Llatria is in alpha and runs entirely on play money. This document is a draft we’re finalizing with counsel and may change as the platform evolves.

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the platform, your email stays private, and we don't sell your data or track you with ads.

1. What we collect

Your email — to sign you in (via a one-time link) and for essential account notices. It is kept private and never shown to other users.

Your profile — the handle, display name, bio, and avatar you choose. These are public.

Your activity— markets you create, trades, comments, and follows. This is public by design (it’s a public market).

Basic technical data — things like your IP address and device/browser info, used to operate the service securely and prevent abuse.

2. How we use it

To run Llatria: authenticate you, show your activity, keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and manipulation, and — because Llatria is a research market — study aggregate, de-identified patterns in how crowds forecast.

3. Cookies and storage

Llatria sets a single essential cookieto keep you signed in, plus a little browser storage for preferences (your theme and whether you’ve seen the intro). We use no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies— so there’s no cookie-consent banner to click through.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. Your handle and market activity are public; your email is not. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email-delivery provider and hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

5. Your choices

You can edit your profile and toggle whether your positions are public in your settings. To access, correct, or delete your data, email us and we’ll help. You can stop using Llatria at any time.

6. Data retention and children

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. Llatria is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes and contact

We’ll update this policy as the platform evolves (see the “last updated” date above). Questions or requests? Email llatriasoftware@gmail.com.
